Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds on completed coaching sessions. If you purchased a coaching package and you decide not continue with future sessions. The unused coaching sessions will be refunded. Full payment of the selected number of sessions is due in full within 72 hours prior to the first session. If your payment is not received, the session will be cancelled. If you are late for your appointment, you will lose that time. The first cancellation within 24 hours or no shows will be allowed one reschedule. All other sessions cancelled within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full rate.
